Úsilov is a village and municipality (obec) in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 8.13 square kilometres (3.14 sq mi), and has a population of 139 (as at 3 July 2006).
Úsilov lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) east of Domažlice, 44 km (27 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 122 km (76 mi) south-west of Prague.
