Újezd u Boskovic is a village and municipality (obec) in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 12.79 square kilometres (4.94 sq mi), and has a population of 435 (as at 3 July 2006).
Újezd u Boskovic lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) north of Blansko, 30 km (19 mi) north of Brno, and 177 km (110 mi) south-east of Prague.
