Árni Johnsen

This is an Icelandic name. The last name is a family name, but this person is properly referred to by the given name Árni.
Árni Johnsen (born 1 March 1944) is an Icelandic politician and criminal who was arrested and imprisoned in 2001 when it was discovered he had paid for his own personal property by using government accounts and was subsequently sentenced to two years in prison.[1]
