Ádám Mányoki

Ádám Mányoki (1673 6 August 1757) was one of the most significant Hungarian Baroque painters of the 18th century.

He was a pupil of the great German painter, A. Scheitz. He initially worked as a court painter of Francis II Rákóczi the prince (fejedelem) of Hungary and Transylvania. He worked across Europe, in the Germany cities of Leipzig, Dresden and Berlin, as well as in France, Warsaw under the patronage of the Polish King, and the Netherlands.
