Adegarahalli (Kannada: ಅದೇಗಾರಹಳ್ಲಿ) is a centrally located village in Karnataka. It is located 20 km (12 mi) from Chickballapur, 3 km (1.9 mi) from Mandikal in Chickballapur District and 77 km (48 mi) from Bangalore, the state capital. The main occupation of the people is agriculture. Kannada are the main language spoken.

Adegarahalli is a very beautiful village which is situated near Peresandra. Peresandra is known for Chukkuli. It has a small river and a big hill called Nagavalli Betta which has caves and a temple at the top of the hill.
The hill station of Nandi Hills is situated nearby. The nearby region of Muddenahalli-Kanivenarayanapura is the birthplace of engineer, Sir Mokshagundam Visvesvaraya. Many historic temples are situated in and near Adhegarahalli. There are several reputed educational institutions situated in the region. SJCIT is an engineering institute established in 1986 and imparts degree and graduate education (Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust). Sri Bhagavan Sathya Sai Baba's school, university, and hospital are about 21 km from Adhegarahalli.
Skandagiri, also known as Kalavara Durga, is an ancient mountain fortress located approximately 50 km from Bangalore city, and 3 km from Chikballapur. It is off Bellary Road ( NH 7 Hyderabad-Bangalore Highway), and overlooks Nandi Hills, Muddenahalli, and Kanivenarayanapura . The peak is at an altitude of about 1,350 m (4,430 ft). It is known as the adventurer's paradise and features a night trek, altitude camping, stunning sunrise, and serene and ocean like clouds.

Ellode Sri Lakshmi Adinarayana Swamy Temple resides on top of the hill of Ellode, Gudibhanda Taluk, Chickballapur district. The temple is well connected through the National Highway 7 (NH7) from Bangalore to Hyderabad, with a deviation of just 3 km before Bagepalli. Ellode is around 120 km from Bangalore, the capital of Karnataka.
