¡Mayday! is an American hip hop group from Miami, Florida that consists of lyricist Bernie Garcia (aka Bernbiz), lyricist Ben Miller (aka Wrekonize), keyboard player, guitarist Aaron Eckhart (aka Plex Luthor), percussionist Andrews Mujica (aka NonMS), drummer Terrel (aka L T Hopkins), and bassist Gio (aka Gianni Cash).

The band is known for its Miami-underground hit "Quicksand", which earned them a deal with SouthBeat Records, and their first single and 2006 music video "Groundhog Day", featuring Cee-Lo Green (directed by Jokes) which received over 2 million views on the online video site YouTube within only a day of being added.

"Groundhog Day" was also known for its new style of marketing. Conducted by record company, a number of links on adult websites with which SouthBeat was affiliated led to increased interest overnight and exposure to international listeners.

"Groundhog Day" can be found on the compilation album Urban Express 673Y and on the self-titled first album from Mayday.

Their most recent album, "Stuck on an Island", has met with positive reviews.

The band were featured in two music videos for rap superstar Lil Wayne, both videos - Da Da Da and Get a Life, were filmed on the roof of a building in the middle of the day, with spectators seemingly having a free concert below.

The band has held residencies at two Miami hotspots: Jazid (South Beach) and Transit Lounge (Brickell).
