gamma-Glutamylmethylamide, also known as GMA, N-methyl-L-glutamine, and metheanine, is an amino acid found in green tea,[1] which is structurally related to L-theanine and L-glutamine.
GMA has been shown to be an effective hypotensive, more so than L-theanine.[1]
