Zowie (born "Zoe Fleury") is a New Zealand singer-songwriter and drummer based in Auckland. She was formerly known as Bionic Pixie who played shows with the likes of Peaches and The Kills before morphing into Zowie. She is under contract with Sony Music Australia.

"Broken Machine" was released as the debut single. The single peaked at number 9 on the charts and received a gold certification. Her next single "Bite Back" was her first single released in Australia. Blogger Perez Hilton named Zowie one of the top 5 artists to watch for 2011. In March 2011 Zowie toured with Mark Ronson and The Business Intl and Katy Perry on her Australasian California Dreams Tour in May 2011. 2012 will see the debut record release from Zowie. "Smash It" is the newest single by Zowie which was featured on the U.S show Pretty Little Liars.[1]
