Zotonic is an Open Source CMS and Web Framework built in Erlang and released under the Apache 2.0 license.[1] The CMS part of Zotonic is designed to be user friendly and hides development tasks from the user. One of Zotonic's primary goals is speed, and it claims to be up to ten times faster than PHP based frameworks. It's also easily extended by with modules, scomps, filters and models.[2]
