Zhi-Li Zhang is a computer scientist and a professor at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. He leads the Networking Research Group at the university. Zhi-Li obtained his PhD in computer science from the University of Massachusetts in 1997 under Don Towsley. He has published a large number of papers in the field of routing, computer communication and multimedia communication. He is a member of ACM and IEEE. He is currently serving on the Scientific Board of IMDEA Networks.[1]
