Yi'an County (Chinese: 依安縣; pinyin: Yī'ān Xiàn) is an county in the northwest of Heilongjiang province in Northeast China. It is under the jurisdiction of the prefecture-level city of Qiqihar.
The population of the district was 487,777 in 1999.[1]
