Xiao Huang-Chi (Chinese: 蕭煌奇; Hanyu Pinyin: Xiāo huáng qí; Tongyong Pinyin: Hsiāo huáng chí; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Siau Hông-kî), born 22nd September 1976 in Banciao, is a blind Taiwanese Tai-pop and Mandopop artist. Xiao Huang-Chi emerged in the Tai-pop scene after winning the Best Tai-pop male artist 2008 award in the Golden Melody Awards.

Congenital bad eyesight led him to see the world with difficulty for 10 years. Excessive use of remaining vision let him to completely lose his eyesight. He had been frustrated, annoyed and frustrated over the pain. Music had thus accompanied his most difficult days and the difficulties he faced had became the soul for his music creation. This has led him to write and produce original music in his life.
