Xceed is a global provider of multi-lingual Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. Xceed was established in 2001 to serve as the IT arm of Telecom Egypt with a client base of more than 11 million subscribers. Since then, Xceed has developed into a global provider of BPO services, with sites at multiple locations. Xceed serves to be one of the largest contact centers in the Southern Mediterranean Region. Xceed currently has four sites in Cairo: two of which are operating full time while the other two function as backup sites to ensure business continuity. Xceed’s main site is located in Cairo’s technology park, The Smart Village. Xceed has an additional contact center at Morocco's technology park, “CasaNearshore Park”. Xceed also has representing offices in the US, Canada, the UK and Dubai.

Xceed is engaged in managing extensive outsourcing agreements with key government accounts and Fortune Global 500 companies. Today, Xceed manages 3 million transactions a month, supporting clients in four different continents and in nine different languages. The languages that Xceed currently supports are: Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Hebrew, Portuguese and Greek. Xceed's largest pools are in Arabic, English, French and Spanish. This has led Xceed to acquire the COPC International Inc. certification (COPC®-2000), within a record time of only 9 months and made Xceed the first COPC certified entity in Middle East, Africa and the Southern Mediterranean Region.
