WorleyParsons
WorleyParsons Limited is a large Australian provider of professional services to the energy, resource, and complex process industries.
The company has a market capitalisation greater than A$6 billion, and makes up about 0.55% of the S&P/ASX 200 index.
In January 2007, WorleyParsons acquired 100% of SEA Engineering,[4] and on 7 February 2007, WorleyParsons acquired the privately-held Colt Companies [5] based in Calgary, Alberta for A$1.13 billion (US$880 million) to gain increased access to Canada's oil sands industry. Randy Karren leads WorleyParsons Canada as its Managing Director, reporting to WorleyParsons CEO John Grill. Bill Hall is second in command of WorleyParsons, his title is Director of Mega Projects and he also reports to Grill directly.[6]
In 2007, WorleyParsons' Canadian division was named one of Canada's Top 100 Employers, as published in Maclean's magazine.[7]
Later in 2007, WorleyParsons acquired North Sydney-based Patterson Britton and Partners (PBP) [8] and Brisbane-based John Wilson and Partners (JWP).[9] The two companies work in the water and environmental services market in Australia, particularly in the coastal and marine, water resources and wastewater, environmental, civil and structural and power markets.

- MaisonWorleyParsons - The largest international engineering, procurement, and construction management contracting organization in China.
- CadSkills - a company in Singapore that specializes in the provision of CAD and technical resource solutions across all disciplines of the infrastructure, hydrocarbons and power industries.

DryFining
In 2010, WorleyParsons was part of a team to be awarded with Power Engineering magazine’s 2010 Coal-Fired Project of the Year. The project, “DryFining,” created a new technology for coal-firing power plants that improves fuel quality, decreases volatile gas emissions, and reduces a plant’s operating expenses and maintenance costs. The team was led by electric service provider Great River Energy of Maple Grove, Minnesota, and also included fluid bed dryer engineer Heyl & Patterson Inc. of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory, Lehigh University’s Energy Research Center and the Electric Power Research Institute.[10]
