World Court (ワールドコート) is a tennis sports arcade game that was released in Japan by Namco in 1988.[1] In August 1988, a console version of the game was released as Pro Tennis: World Court for the PC Engine console,[2] featuring a tennis-themed role-playing quest mode.[3] It was later released as World Court Tennis by NEC in North America for the TurboGrafx-16 console in 1989.[2] It had a sequel, Super World Court, released in 1992.
