The Woonsocket City Hall, (also known as the Harris Institute) was built in 1856 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.

Edward Harris constructed the earliest part of the building in 1856, and it was known as the Harris Block and it served as the first public library in Rhode Island. In 1860 Abraham Lincoln spoke in Harris Hall inside the building. A large Romanesque style addition was constructed in 1889. In 1902, the building became City Hall of Woonsocket.
