The William H. Lewis Model House is a Colonial Revival house in Portland, Oregon, United States. It is also known as the Frederick and Caroline Rothchild House and the Arnold and Enid Blitz House. Designed by noted Oregon architect Ellis F. Lawrence, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.[1]
