William H. Fralin, Jr. (born February 8, 1963, in Alexandria, Virginia) is an American politician. A Republican, he was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in November 2003. He currently represents the 17th district in the western part of the state, made up of parts of Botetourt and Roanoke Counties and the city of Roanoke.[1]

On February 28, 2009, Fralin announced in the House that he would not run for reelection.[2]
