William H. Fralin, Jr. (born February 8, 1963, in Alexandria, Virginia) is an American politician. A Republican, he was elected to the Virginia House of Delegates in November 2003. He currently[update] represents the 17th district in the western part of the state, made up of parts of Botetourt and Roanoke Counties and the city of Roanoke.[1]
On February 28, 2009, Fralin announced in the House that he would not run for reelection.[2]
