Hotel is located in the 300 year old coaching inn,[1] in the middle of the historic market of Alnwick. It is famous and it is probably best known for its RMS Olympic First Class Lounge Dining Suite which features the magnificent paneling, mirrors and stained glass windows from the sister ship of RMS Titanic.[2][3] Hotel have 57 rooms, and also include Olympic's staircase, and revolving door that led from the First Class Smoking Room aft to the port Verandah Café.[1][4] Also, oak balustrades from the First Class Grand Staircase can be found on the various staircases within the entire hotel.[5]
The hotel is a Grade II listed building.[6]
