Westmoreland Circle

Westmoreland Circle is a traffic circle straddling the border between the U.S. state of Maryland and Washington, D.C. The circle lies at the intersection of Western Avenue, Butterworth Place, Massachusetts Avenue, Dalecarlia Parkway, Wetherill Road, and Dalecarlia Drive.
