It may also refer to a book about creating web sites, such as The Non-designer's Web Book by Robin Williams.
U.S. Trademark 77,616,571 was filed by Robert & Colleen Kell of Austin, Texas on 18 November 2008. This move was criticised on the grounds that it was unlikely for a marketing and advertising agency to have a legitimate intent to use and invest in the term[5].
