Weatherby is a village in DeKalb County, Missouri, United States. The population was 123 at the 2000 census, at which time it was a town. It is part of the St. Joseph, MO–KS Metropolitan Statistical Area.

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were 123 people, 52 households, and 33 families residing in the town. The population density was 1,027.2 people per square mile (395.8/km²). There were 61 housing units at an average density of 509.4 per square mile (196.3/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 99.19% White, and 0.81% from two or more races.
There were 52 households out of which 26.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.9% were married couples living together, 11.5% had a female householder with no husband present, and 36.5% were non-families. 32.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 13.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.37 and the average family size was 3.09.
