Possibility Of Stolen Music for "Illa Habebe"

It was posted on youtube video[3] that features an old song called "Al Maktoob" by the singer "Sallam Qadry" and music by Libyan musician "Ali Maher" & compare it with "Illa Habebe" song by Amr Diab, the similarity is undeniable. However Amr wrote that he "adapted" the song in the album cover and wrote down the name of the original owner of the song as the composer.
