Partnerships

In December 2008, PODS and Wabash National announced they have signed a multi-year agreement to build and service all of PODS' portable storage container requirements.[1]

Products

Wabash National's major product lines are flat-bed platforms, enclosed "dry freight" trailers, refrigerated trailers and intermodal containers. The company manufactured about 59,000 units in 2006, down from a record 70,000 in 1999. They also make wood pallets that are made with no metal.

Facilities

Wabash National is headquartered in Lafayette, Indiana, also the site of its main production facility, with an additional plant in Harrison, Arkansas that produces wood flooring for trailers. With the company's 2006 acquisition of Transcraft Corporation, it also gained manufacturing plants in Cadiz, Kentucky.

The company operates a network of dealerships in North America called "trailer centers".
