WSOX is a classic hits radio station licensed to Red Lion, Pennsylvania. The station serves the metro areas of York, Hanover, Harrisburg, and Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Their primary broadcast coverage is a 60-mile radius including Gettysburg, Carlisle and Reading, Pennsylvania, and northern suburbs of Baltimore, Maryland.

After WMHX switched formats to 90s hits in April 2010, WSOX became the Harrisburg-York-Gettysburg region's only outlet for pre-1980s music, besides WYCR, which leans towards hard rock. WLIF in Baltimore features the 70s and a little 60s full time on weekends, but this station is only listenable in areas south of York.

It broadcasts on the FM dial at 96.1 Megahertz. It is owned by Cumulus York, a part of Cumulus Broadcasting.

Programming

On air personalities include Diane Grey, Dave Crockett, Larry K. Scott, Fuzzy Summers.

The station has many notable on-air promotions such as "Take Your Radio To Work" and program features such as "The 70's at 7" and Super 70's Sunday.

Cumulus Media took control of the station after its purchase of Susquehanna Broadcasting in 2006.

Starting with the 2009 NFL season, WSOX also broadcasts Philadelphia Eagles football games, using the feed from WYSP in Philadelphia. This was previously done by WQXA.
