WRTS

WRTS (103.7 FM) is a Top 40 (CHR) formatted radio station in Erie, Pennsylvania. They use the moniker "Star 104". The station is owned by Connoissuer Media of Erie, LLC. Star 104 has an immense coverage area stretching from Geneva-on-the-Lake,_Ohio to Dunkirk, New York, and is also heard across Lake Erie in parts of the Canadian province of Ontario. During good DXing times, it can be heard all the way to the Greater Toronto Area, where it gets interfered with CIDC-FM, which broadcasts on the 103.5 dial and serves the Greater Toronto Area. WRTS's signal can also be heard as far away as Northern Ontario during DXing events.

WRTS is one of the most popular station in the Erie area. ^[1] Some of the syndicated shows that WRTS airs are the AT40 and Open House Party. Its morning show, Warvel and Curry, is the most listened to morning show in Erie, as the station states. Popular artists on WRTS includes, Leona Lewis, Rihanna, Lil Wayne, and more.

WRTS has also been one of the nominated Top 40/CHR stations at the Radio and Records conventions in both 2006 and 2007 for Top 40/CHR Station Of The Year: Markets 101+. ^[2]
