The stations are currently owned by Sea-Comm, Inc. and feature programming from Jones Radio Network, Premiere Radio Networks and ABC Radio.[2]

The Big Talker FM is a Fox News Radio affiliate. Local programming includes The Morning Beat. Syndicated shows include Neal Boortz, Sean Hannity, Clark Howard, Mark Levin, Dennis Miller, and Doug Stephan.

History

The 106.3 frequency was WCCA, a beach music station and then a classic country station.[3] before taking over the call letters and talk format previously heard on what is now 103.7 WBNE.[4] In 2004, WWTB, an adult standards station at 103.9 FM which was licensed to Topsail Beach, North Carolina, began airing the same programming as WLTT.[5] This simulcast ended when the WBNE 93.7 frequency took the role, moving to Topsail Beach and changing its letters to WNTB.

WLTT changed its license city in 2009 from Shalotte to Bolivia. WLTT and WNTB simulcast The Big Talker FM to 5 counties in southeastern North Carolina. The Big Talker FM is part of the Sea-Comm Media station group.

Curtis Wright hosted "The Morning Beat" from 2006 until 2010, when his other job, and true passion, as a street-ballerina became his primary focus. He was replaced by a looped-recording of an old lady ordering soup at a diner, which actually got triple the ratings of Wright's highest charting show the previous four years. Once negotiations with the old lady fell through, when her demands of being paid in BB Bats could not be met, she was replaced by Chad Adams. Chad's cool. He doesn't yell obscenities at deaf children on the street like Curtis. (Although Curtis did say "Those kids were looking at me funny! And one made a pass at me! I'm not gay!")
