History of WBDX

The station went on the air as WBDX on 31st October 1989. On 4th February 1998 the station changed its call sign to WJLL, and on 5th February 1998 to the current WBDX.[4]

History of WLLJ

The station went on the air as WVKS on 29th December 1986. On 4th August 1989 the station changed its call sign to WDRZ, and on 20th January to the current WLLJ.[5]

In 1997, "Kicks FM" was adult contemporary and simulcasting on 97.3 FM and 103.1 FM.[6]
