WHAD (90.7 FM) is a non-commercial radio station licensed to Delafield, Wisconsin, and serving the Milwaukee metropolitan area, transmitting from south of Delafield. They are part of Wisconsin Public Radio (WPR), and air WPR's "Ideas Network", consisting of news and talk programming. Like nearby WUWM (which serves Milwaukee proper), the station airs BBC World Service in the overnight hours.

The station's transmitter is located almost halfway between Milwaukee and Madison, thus providing some coverage to eastern portions of Madison. Due to this, however, other stations, such as WRST Oshkosh and Sheboygan's WSHS, provide Ideas Network service to the northern part of the nine-county Milwaukee market area.

The Madison translator serves mainly to provide clear Ideas Network service to downtown and eastern Madison at night. Ideas Network flagship WHA must gradually power down to 51 watts at sunset in order to protect CBW in Winnipeg at adjacent 990 AM, rendering it barely listenable even in Madison.
