WBPL-LP (92.7 FM) is a radio station licensed to Wilmington, North Carolina, USA, and serving the Wilmington area. The station is owned and operated by Archangel Gabriel Association. It airs a Catholic talk-show format.

Archangel Gabriel Association, a non-profit religious corporation, was formed by three members of the Knights of Columbus from St. Therese Church in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina for the purpose of building a low power Catholic Radio Station in the Wilmington, NC area.

The founders believe, along with Pope John Paul II and the Second Vatican Council, that Catholic Radio is a very effective and indispensable means for evangelization. It can reach people who may not want to read or may lack exposure to Catholic publications, but will be willing to eavesdrop on a Catholic radio station. WBPL-LP has the ability to reach over 200,000 people in their cars and in their homes with authentic Catholic teaching.

The founders hope the programming will help Catholics, who are weak in their faith, to become better Catholics and less likely to ever leave the Church, help fallen-away Catholics come back to the Church, and bring non-Catholics into the Church because they will have an opportunity to learn what the Catholic Church really teaches.

The station provides a wide variety of national shows covering all aspects of the Catholic faith, many of which are live call in shows. The shows include apologetics, Catholic teaching, spiritual growth, Q & A with a Catholic psychologist, Catholic book reviews, Sunday and daily Mass, the rosary, etc. There is also a locally produced show called Carolina Catholic featuring Catholic men and women in the Wilmington area and their involvement in various Catholic ministries.
