WAXB (850 AM, "B-107.3") is a radio station licensed to serve Ridgefield, Connecticut, United States, and its surrounding areas. The station is one of a trio of radio stations owned by Berkshire Broadcasting Corporation. These stations include 800 AM WLAD and 98.3 FM WDAQ. WAXB airs an automated, satellite-fed Oldies music format in the form of the ABC Radio Networks syndicated "Scott Shannon's True Oldies Channel".[2][3]

Notably, WAXB is one of a small handful of Connecticut AM radio stations to continue transmitting in C-QUAM AM-Stereo.

The station had been assigned the WREF call letters by the Federal Communications Commission since January 18, 1984.[1]

On February 1, 2011 WREF rebranded as "B-107.3" (under new calls WAXB'), now rebroadcasting on FM translator W297AN 107.3 FM Danbury, CT, in addition to the 850 AM frequency.
