Vladyslav Terzyul (June 18, 1953–May 18, 2004), born in Artyom, Siberia, was one of the world's premier high-altitude climbers.

He is said to be one of the few people to have climbed all eight-thousander peaks[1][2] and the first Ukrainian ever, but this claim is disputed.

Vladislav Terzyul died descending from the summit of Makalu on May 18, 2004, at an altitude of about 8300 metres.
