Vityazevo(Russian: Витязево) is a selo[5] (Until 2004, Vityazevo was an urban-type settlement) in Russia. It belongs to municipal formation of Anapa, Krasnodar Krai. It is a center of rural district of Vityazevo.[6]

Vityazevo is located 11 kilometers north of Anapa. It situated on a bank of Vityazevo estuary. There is a comfortable beach on Black Sea coast. Width of beach is about 200 metres. Village surrounded by vineyards.

History

From 1837 to 1862 there was a stanitsa Vityazevskaya (Витязевская), which was called in honour of major Vityaz. In 1862 village Vityazevo appeared.

Sights

Embankment "Paralia" is the main sight of Vityazevo. It was made in ancient Greek style. Vityazevo also famous for its peloids. In Vityazevo, there is a winery.
