Vijainagar, Ajmer

Vijainagar is a city and a municipality in Ajmer district in the Indian state of Rajasthan.

Demographics

As of 2001^[update] India census^[1], Vijainagar had a population of 27,688. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Vijainagar has an average literacy rate of 69%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 78%, and female literacy is 60%. In Vijainagar, 14% of the population is under 6 years of age.
