The Victoria railway station was located in downtown Victoria, British Columbia on the east end of the Johnson Street Bridge. The station was the southern terminus for Via Rail's Victoria – Courtenay train dayliner service.[2] The station closed on August 12, 2011 with the suspension of service on March 19, the closure of the rail portion of the bridge on March 31 and the discontinuation of the service's temporary bus replacement on August 7.[3]
