Vesparax

Vesparax is a combination tablet containing 50 mg brallobarbital, 150 mg secobarbital and 50 mg hydroxyzine. This drug has been withdrawn from the market in most countries.

It is known to have played a role in the death of Jimi Hendrix, who was reportedly unfamiliar with the drug and its recommended dosage and exceeded it by nearly 5 times the amount.[1]
