VegNews is a magazine that publishes content about and relating to vegetarianism, including news, health information, recipes, global events, veg products, media, and more. It was founded in 2000 as a newspaper, and transitioned to full-color glossy in 2004. The bi-monthly publication now has more than 195,000 readers in 38 countries. The magazine is published on New Leaf Cyclus Print paper, from the New Leaf Paper corporation. Each issue contains an Environmental Benefits Statement which is calculated based on research by the organization Environmental Defense and other members of the Paper Task Force.
