Gjinar is a municipality in the Elbasan District, Elbasan County, central Albania.[1] The municipality consists of the villages Lleshan, Gjinar, Valesh, Pashtresh, Derstile, Llukan, Sterstan, Xibresh, Maskarth, Kaferr and Pobrat.[2]
