Valburga is a settlement on the left bank of the Sava River in the Medvode Municipality in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia.[2]
The local church, from which the settlement gets its name, is dedicated to Saint Walpurga. A large 18th century mansion in the settlement, known as the Smlednik Mansion or the Lazarini Mansion is currently being renovated after a fire in 2007 and is not open to the public.[3]
