Ultra-Triathlon is Triathlon, involving swimming, cycling and running, in longer distances than the Ironman. The shortest distance (double ironman) includes 7.6 km swimming, 360 km cycling and 84,4 km running.[1] The other common distances are Triple, Quadruple, Quintuple and Deca Ironman.[2]
