For Justice and Development (Somali: Ururka Caddaalada iyo Daryeelka, or UCID) is a political party in the Somaliland, a self-declared republic that is internationally recognized as an autonomous region of Somalia.
At the presidential elections, held on 14 April 2003, the UCID's candidate Faysal Ali Warabe won 15.8 % of the popular vote.
In parliamentary elections held on 29 September 2005, the party won 26.9% of the vote and 21 out of 82 seats.
