Tribhuvan Nagar, renamed as Ghorahi is a municipality of Dang Valley, Dang Deokhuri District of Rapti Zone, southwest Nepal. Tribhuvannagar can be reached by the road that goes 23 kilometers North from Lamahi, a small town on the Mahendra highway.

Roads connect Ghorahi to Rukum, Rolpa, Piuthan and Salyan districts. A new road links ghorahi to Birendranagar, Surkhet. A branch road from Tulsipur to the west crosses Dang valley to Mahendra highway from the west, allowing for easy contact to Nepalgunj and Mahendranagar. There is a domestic airport, with the code DNG, 23 kilometres from town.
The population in 2010 was over 90000 in more than 30000 households.[1]

Ghorahi is home to both Dang Multiple College and Nepal Sanskrit University. A sub-regional hospital and an eye hospital, both run by the government. Many other private schools colleges and hospitals are serving the people.
