The Tower Theatre located in the 9th and 9th neighborhood of Salt Lake City, Utah is a historic film theater operated and maintained by the Salt Lake Film Society.[1]
The Tower Theatre was built in 1921. It is the oldest movie theater in the Salt Lake Valley which is still in operation today. It was the first air-conditioned movie theater in the city. The theater originally had a facade that resembled the Tower of London, but this was removed in 1950.[2]
