Towa no Quon (トワノクオン Towa no Kuon?) is a 2011 Japanese animated supernatural film series directed by Umanosuke Iida. The first film in the series was released in theaters on June 18, 2011.[1]

Plot

In a futuristic Tokyo, unique human beings who have awakened distinct powers are being hunted by a secret organization named Kestos. Known as "Attractors", these exceptional humans are joining forces to defend themselves. They are led by a boy named Quon, an idealist who is determined to save all the Attractors he can.

Quon (クオン Kuon?)
Voiced by: Hiroshi Kamiya
The protagonist, the first attractor. He is determined to save all attractors who awaken. Quon's past is one of loss, pain, and suffering. It's still a bit sketchy, but he had (or still has) a brother. Unlike the attractors seen thus far, he has more than one power, including transformation, which grants him exceptional speed and strength--but is still incomplete; maybe flight; manipulations of water, metal (or mechanical objects) and, possibly nature itself; healing and/or regeneration. There are also hints of immortality, and that he may even be one thousand years old. But he aims to pave the way for a future of peace and acceptance.
Yuri (ユリ?)
Voiced by: Ryoko Shiraishi
A flirty, risque attractor, and friend of Quon. She has exceptional speed, or something to that effect. Although she cares about the exterior, she is not completely self-centered, aiding her friends in times of need. Like some attractors, her powers are limited. She is able to maintain super speed for a at least twenty minutes before tiring, and wears a special suit to protect her skin from rashes default of the velocity of the run.
Kiri (キリ?)
Voiced by: Saori Hayami
A young, innocent girl whose power is her voice. With it, she can heal, or destroy. Her power fluctuates with her emotions, and seem to have their limits the more she uses them. Kiri's parents died in a fire, so she lives currently lives with her grandmother.
Tei (テイ?)
Voiced by: Kaori Nazuka
A humble woman, especially towards Quon (through use of honorific expression--sama). Tei has telepathic abilities, and can effect the chaos within people. This is not fully explained, but she can make people relive hurtful memories.
Miu (ミウ?)
Voiced by: Chiaki Omigawa
A young, animal loving girl who carries a notepad and pencils for sketching. She has the power to communicate to animals, and is constantly surrounded by them, which are adorned with a tiny pink bow. She doesn't talk much, but when she does, it's sometimes in the form of animal speech, which begs the question of whether or not she has full control of her abilities.
Takao (タカオ?)
Voiced by: Miyu Irino
Takao is a complacent, somewhat lazy, smart talking attractor. He's always criticizing Quon about his avid attempts to save all the attractors, but still has huge great for him. Although he doesn't seem to care, he uses his powers when absolutely necessary. Takoa's a teleporter, with adverse effects. When he teleports, he injures himself, resulting in a twisted limb, or something to that effect.
Ryō (リョウ?)
Voiced by: Tatsuhisa Suzuki
An intelligent, support-type attractor. Ryō is a technopath, able to control technology at his whim, infiltrating video feeds, disabling security systems, preventing tracking to some degree. When he uses his power, four probes come out of his back, and aid him in his exploits. He is usually seen with Miu.
Yūma (ユーマ?)
Voiced by: Mikako Komatsu
A young and naive boy whose power is not titled. When he gets upset or angry, his body transforms into a goliath creature who erupts with colored orbs. Although he can't control the orbs, they usually fly off toward the general direction of the aggressor. When the orbs come into contact with objects, they disintegrate matter, leaving crater-sized holes in their wake. Thanks to Quon, he finally came to understand his powers.
Kannazuki (神無月?)
Voiced by: Tōru Ōkawa
A kind gardener and caretaker. It is not yet known whether he has powers. He seems to know Quon well, even from when he was a boy.
Cyborg Epsilon (サイボーグ・イプシロン?)
Voiced by: Kōsuke Toriumi

The former newest member of the Custos, and he is often referred as rookie. Was shown with a tragic past related to his younger sister before he became a cyborg. His real name is Shun Kazami (風見瞬). Shun is the youngest in the cyborg army, 21 years old, as well as being the shortest in height among the male cyborgs, 181 centimetres (71 in). It was later revealed that he and his sister are also Larvas, but he accidentally killed her because his lack of control. He has the ability to generate and manipulate fire. In part 4, he initiated a Larvae Burst and gained full control of his powers and his body without the use of his power limiter, like Quon. His powers also integrated with his cyborg enhancements and armor making him stronger. He defected from Custos and joined the Attractors, even though most of them hate him.

Custos

Cyborg Alpha (サイボーグ・アルファ?)
Voiced by: Jōji Nakata

The leader of the cyborg army, WTOC (Weaponed Terminator of Custos). His real name is Kaitou (海藤). In the official website, it is revealed he is 35 years old and 183 centimeters tall.

Cyborg Beta (サイボーグ・ベータ?)
Voiced by: Teruyuki Tanzawa

Was scouted by Cyborg Alpha. His real name is Harry, and is confirmed to be an American in the second episode. Beta is 28 years old and 182 centimeters tall.

Cyborg Gamma (サイボーグ・ガンマ?)
Voiced by: Kenta Miyake

The cyborg who often reads books when off duty. His real name is Ray, and is confirmed to be French, especially that the book he reads is French. Ray is 27 years old, and 187 centimetres (74 in) tall.

Cyborg Delta (サイボーグ・デルタ?)
Voiced by: Minako Kotobuki

The second newest member of the Custos, and the only female cyborg in the army. Her real name is Hizuru Asuka (飛鳥ひずる). Hizuru is the shortest among the army, being 164 cm (65 in), as well as the second youngest by age, 22. After Epsilon's unstable condition, she starts to doubt what Custos is doing is right.
