Also some of the Asian tour dates were cancelled due to the terrorist threats in that region at the time. In particular related to the Bali Bombings.
Support is Specificus for all shows in Australia and Aneiki for all other shows.
The DVD was recorded in the Hummersmith Apollo in London, England in October 2002. The DVD was released in stores in 2006. It includes also documentary and two interviews. However the DVD show version is shorter - songs Dirty, To The Moon and Back, The Lover After Me, Chained To You, Crush (1980 Me) and Spin was not included. Affirmation was replaced to the end of the film.
