Fr. Tom Fogarty (born 1952 in Moyne, County Tipperary) is a retired Irish hurling manager, former player and Roman Catholic priest. He played hurling with his local club Moyne-Templetuohy and with the Tipperary senior inter-county team in the 1960s and 1970s. Fogarty later served as manager of both the Tipperary and Offaly[1] senior hurling teams in the 1990s and 2000s.
Fogarty won an Munster Under-21 Hurling Championship with Tipperary in 1972[2]
Fr. Fogarty B.A., M.A., is the president of St. Patrick's College, Thurles since 2004, havein being a Lecturer in Pastoral Theology, and Vice-President of St. Patrick's College from 1993 to 1995. Diocesan Secretary and Chancellor of the Archdiocese of Cashel and Emly from 1989-1997.[3]
