Todd Byrne (born 16 July 1978, in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia) is a professional rugby league player who currently plays for Hull in the Super League competition. His position of choice is on the Wing, but can also play Centre and cover Full Back.

Byrne has previously played for the Sydney Roosters and New Zealand Warriors in the National Rugby League.
Byrne is remembered for being the player that Scott Sattler cover tackled in the memorable turning point of the 2003 NRL Grand Final.
Byrne has moved to Super League side Hull for the 2008 season, which will strengthen their back line options.
