TicketStumbler

Ticketstumbler is a ticket search engine and directory for sports, concert and theater tickets that launched in August 2008.[1] Founded and based in Boston, MA, [2] TicketStumbler aggregates ticket prices and information from numerous ticket exchanges and brokers including Stubhub, TicketNetwork, Razorgator, Ticket City and TicketsNow,[3] TicketStumbler does not carry any ticket inventory or sell tickets directly. Instead, it presents aggregated ticket provider data to its users. Upon selecting tickets, users are directed to a third-party ticket provider to finalize their purchase.

TicketStumbler was founded by childhood friends Tom Davis and Dan Haubert who grew up together in Sylvania, OH.[4] TicketStumbler was created using the Django framework and offers a free API.[5] In June 2008, TicketStumbler received $15,000 in seed funding from YCombinator.[6][7] Per the website TicketStumbler.com, Dan Haubert died unexpectedly, and his partner Tom Davis shut down the site soonthereafter. The site now links to Tom's new project, Swaptitude.
