The Swift Fruit Bat (Thoopterus nigrescens) is a species of megabat in the Pteropodidae family. It is the only described species within the genus Thoopterus, but it is likely that more than one species exists. Thoopterus is found in Indonesia on Sulawesi and neighboring islands.[1]
