Thomas Finchum (born December 1, 1989 in Indianapolis, Indiana) is an American platform diver. He was named to the 2008 U.S. Olympic team in the 10-meter platform and synchronized 10-meter platform events. His synchro partner is David Boudia. They are the 2007 World Championship bronze medalists and 2009 World Championship (Rome) silver medalists.

During the finals of 10-meter synchronized diving competition at the 2008 Summer Olympics, he and his partner David Boudia scored a total of 440.64 points, placing fifth. They finished approximately 27 points behind the gold medalists from China, Lin Yue and Liang Huo.
In the individual 10-metre diving final, he finished in 12th place (having been in seventh place in the semi-final earlier in the day) with a score of 412.65 points.
At the 2011 US National Championships, Finchum teamed with Drew Livingstone to capture the 10-meter synchronized men platform title at UCLA's Spieker Aquatics Center in Los Angeles.[1]
